About i4Image
Helping professionals express who they are
I help professionals develop an appearance that reflects who they are and supports their expertise. Not by changing who they are, but by making visible what is already there.
I’ve always been fascinated by people
I’m Aglaia de Bont, founder of i4Image.
For more than 30 years I’ve worked with people, businesses and professionals. Throughout those years, one thing kept capturing my attention: the way we form impressions of each other.
Long before a conversation begins, we notice how someone presents themselves. Not to judge them, but because it’s part of how we naturally connect, build trust and make sense of the people around us.
That curiosity eventually became the foundation of i4Image.
Where it all began
My background is in sales and business, where relationships, communication and trust are part of everyday work.
Over the years I realised that the most interesting part of a conversation often happens before anyone has spoken.
How someone walks into a room.
How they carry themselves.
How appearance quietly supports, or sometimes distracts from, everything they have to offer.
That’s where my fascination began.
Not with fashion.
With people.
What I believe
I don’t believe in changing people.
I don’t believe in dressing everyone according to trends or fixed style rules.
I believe your appearance should feel like a natural extension of who you are.
When the outside reflects the person behind it, confidence feels more natural and others recognise more easily what has always been there.
How I work
Every person is different.
That’s why I don’t work with standard formulas or one-size-fits-all advice.
I listen, observe and ask questions. Together we explore what suits you, what feels authentic and how your appearance can better reflect who you are and what you want to express.
Sometimes, small changes are enough to make a remarkable difference.
A little beyond work
Outside my work, I’m endlessly curious about the connection between people and appearance.
Whether it’s observing someone with a strong personal style, reading about psychology, strength training, travelling or simply watching how people express themselves, I’m always asking the same question:
What makes someone feel genuinely like themselves?
That’s the question that continues to inspire everything I do.
Let's start with a conversation
Every person is different. That’s why I believe the best place to begin is simply by getting to know each other. Together, we’ll explore where your appearance already supports you and where it could better reflect who you are.
